Shame on you #Apple #iPhone

A long debate with Apple customer service over faulty water sensors and the lack of any assistance in even LOOKING at my ailing phone recently left me with the really nasty taste of corporate BS. Even as their legal team was in the midst of patenting new and improved sensors, the service rep on the other end of the line held to their line of no responsibility. Obviously I had thrown my phone into the ocean and was blaming them. Now a new demonstration points to an actual scenario of condensation triggering the sensors under regular use. Fess up Apple. You’re acting very PC these days. Feel free to apologize anytime for lying directly to me after all of the support I’ve shown YOU over the last decade.
